Directions Keep refrigerated.Warming instructions:Do not use tray in the oven.Microwave: remove outer sleeve from tray. Puncture inner pouch and leave in tray. Heat on high for 2-3 minutes or until product is hot and ready to serve. Remove carefully from microwave. Open pouch and empty product into a serving dish.Caution: tray and product will be very hot. Cooking times vary with microwave wattage; stated time is for a 1100 watt oven. Adjust cooking times accordingly.Oven: (do not use tray in the oven) pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove outer sleeve and tray. Open inner pouch and empty product into an oven-safe pan. Cover pan with foil. Place pan in the oven and heat for 1 2 to 15 minutes or until the product is hot & ready to serve. Caution: pan and product will be hot.Frozen: product may be frozen. To defrost place in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Then follow warming instructions above.Use product within 3 days of defrost.
