Directions Preparation: 1) In a 3 quart saucepan, heat 9 cups of water to boiling. 2) Add the pasta and vegetable blend and gently boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally about 12 minutes or until the pasta is tender. 3) Drain and rinse with cold water; shake well to drain completely. 4) In a separate bowl, combine the seasoning mix and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 5) Add the cooked, rinsed and drained pasta and vegetable blend. 6) Serve immediately or refrigerate. For a creamier salad; stir in a few teaspoons of milk. Additional stir-in suggestions: Add 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato or vegetables. Add 1/2 cup chopped cut-up chicken, turkey, roast beef or ham.
