Prep: Cornbread: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Generously grease 8 inch square baking pan. Pour contents of packet into medium bowl. Add 1/2 cup 2% milk and 1 slightly beaten egg. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased pan. Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. You Will Need: 1/2 cup 2% milk, 1 egg. Corn Muffins: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Generously grease muffin tin or use paper liner. Pour contents of package into a medium size bowl. Add 1 slightly beaten egg and 1/2 cup 2% milk. Mix thoroughly. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
