Ready in 20 minutes. Ingredients Needed: 1-2 tbsp. oil; 1 lb. of chicken; 1 lb. of vegetables. 1. Heat 1-2 tbsp. of oil in a medium-sized saute pan. 2. Cut 1 lb. of chicken into 1 inch cubes (recommend chicken breast) . 3. Add chicken and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until meat is browned. Cover skillet. Add 1 lb. of mixed vegetables (e. g. , chopped onions, chopped bell pepper, sliced bok choy, thinly sliced carrots, small pieces of broccoli) and saute to desired firmness. 5. Add sauce and stir until heated through (165 degrees F). Also good with tofu, beet pork or fish. Slow Cooker Preparation: Serves 4-6. Ready in 7 hours. Ingredients Needed: 2 lbs. of chicken. 1. Add 2 lbs. of chicken to 6 qt. slow cooker, spreading the meat out to cover the bottom of the slow cooker. 2. Pour sauce over the meat. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. 3. Shred meat using two forks and pour leftover sauce over meat to desired sauciness.
