Short Description
Certified Harvest Salmon Fillets Skin-on BonelessSalmon Contains: Fish (Salmon) .Certified Harvest Salmon Skin-On Boneless Fillets. Wild caught. Individually vacuum sealed. Harvested in Alaska. Directions Keep frozen.Thawing instructions:Remove all packaging prior to thawing. Place salmon in refrigerator overnight or under cold water in a sealed bag.Microwave:Cook thawed salmon on medium-high for 2 minutes. Only use portions for this method. Let salmon rest for 1 minute before serving.Broil:Preheat broiler and adjust oven racks 4-5 inches from heat. Place thawed salmon, skin side down, on an oiled baking sheet. Brush salmon with oil and season to taste. Broil salmon for 12-15 minutes.Pan fry:Preheat nonstick frying pan or skillet to medium-high. Place thawed salmon, skin side down, in pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.Bake:Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place thawed salmon, skin side down, on an oiled baking sheet. Brush salmon with oil and season to taste. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes.Despite all the care we give to this product, it is possible that a bone may occur in exceptional cases.
