Chabaso Bakery Artisan Breads Olive CiabattaEnriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Black Olives (Olives, Water, Salt, Vinegar, Olive Oil), Green Olives (Olives, Water, Salt, Lactic Acid Preservative, Citric Acid Preservative), contains less than 2% of each of the following: Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Candied Lemon Peel (Chopped Lemon Peel, Sugar, Natural Flavor), Yeast, Ascorbic Acid added as a Dough Conditioner, Enzymes.Eat now or later: Chabaso bread is baked fresh daily with no preservatives and should be eaten soon after purchase. If you don't eat it all (it happens) , there are two options. To refresh the crust: place ciabatta on a 375 degrees F preheated oven rack for about 5-10 minutes. To freeze: wrap ciabatta tightly in plastic and then in a freezer bag. When you are ready to eat more: remove from bag and wrapping and place frozen bread in a 375 degrees F preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Let cool, then enjoy!!
