Apple Cider Vinegar 945ML Info: Glass Bottles; Usually Available In-Store, in 3 Sizes Apple cider vinegar has naturally occurring antibiotic and antiseptic properties, and their Organic Cider Vinegar is just that - raw, unfiltered, and unpasteurized - with no additives or preservatives, and contains a mother of vinegar (a film which results from the fermentation process, which is rich in nutrients like iron, phenolic compounds, and B- vitamins) . Product Notes: Filsinger's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar comes in large glass bottles. Due to their weight and potential fragility, we are currently only selling them locally in our Winnipeg store, in 945 ml (32 fl oz), 1. 89L (64 fl oz) and 3. 78L sizes (although arrangements could be made to ship them: please contact us for details if you are interested). In addition to their Apple Cider Vinegars, Filsinger's also offer pure old-fashioned, unfiltered Organic Apple Ciders in those same sizes, made from a special blend of several varieties of whole apples grown on their farm, without any preservatives or additives. We can also bring these in for local customers upon request, or possibly ship them as well. Filsinger's also produce two types of Organic Fruit Sauces that we could bring in for interested customers: pure Organic Apple Sauce (without any additives, preservatives or added sugar), in either the 500 or 750 ml sizes, as shown in the second picture - made from a special blend of apples which were hand-sorted, washed, and cooked with their skins on, to release their anthocyanins and impart unique flavours, colours, and nutrients; or Organic Pear Sauce (in a 500 ml size), from a great-tasting blend of fresh, tree-ripened Bosc and Bartlett pears. Founded by Alvin Filsinger in the farming community of Ayton in southern Ontario, Filsinger's Organic Foods was one of the first organic farms in Canada and has been growing apples and pears without the use of chemical herbicides or pesticides since 1953. They make all their high quality, certified organic products the old-fashioned way, with minimal processing, right there at the farm.
