Paul's Fried ClamsClams (Sodium Tripolyphosphate to retain Clam Moisture), Enriched Wheat Flour (Enriched with Niacin, Reduced iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Yellow Corn Meal, Dextrose, Salt, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed and/or Canola, and/or Sunflower, and/or Soybean with TBHQ and Citric Acid as preservatives), Enriched Wheat Flour (Enriched with Niacin, Reduced iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Nonfat Dry Milk, Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Dextrose, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil.Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Keep frozen. For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Cooking directions for conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove clams from plastic pouch before cooking. 2. Place frozen clams in a single layer evenly distributed on a shallow metal baking pan. Place pan on middle oven rack. 3. Bake uncovered 10 to 12 minutes, or until crunchy and browned. Turn clams over halfway through baking. Let stand 3 minutes. Microwave preparation is not recommended. Keep frozen until ready to use.
