Cook time: 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings. You will need. 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning & Sauce Mix. 1 lb. lean ground beef. 1/3 cup water. 2 tbsp. oil. 2 cups milk. 1. Cut open pouch #1 for sauce mix first. Pour contents into large bowl. Set aside. 2. Cut open pouch #2 for seasoning mix second. Pour contents into large bowl. Add beef and water; mix until well blended. Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. 3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add meatballs; cook 8 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently. Remove meatballs; drain fat. 4. Stir milk and reserved sauce mix into skillet. Stirring frequently, simmer on medium heat until sauce comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute or until thickened. Add meatballs to sauce; cook until heated through. Serve over cooked noodles or rice, if desired. To bake meatballs: prepare meatballs as directed.
