Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste For NoodlesTomato Paste, Shallot, Soybean Oil, Salt, Soy Sauce (Water, Sugar, Soybean, Salt, Wheat Flour), Tamarind, Garlic, Dried Shrimp, Sugar, Red Chilli, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt)Serves 3. 1 Packet Indonesian Mae Goreng SpicePaste; 3 tbs Vegetable oil; 1 Large onion, sliced; 250 g (1/2 lb) Seafood; 150 g (5.25 oz) Dried rice noodles, egg noodles (to soften the noodles, follow the pack instructions) or cooked spaghetti; 2 Tomatoes, quartered; 1 -2 Eggs (beaten). 1. Heat oil in non-stick wok or pan on Medium-High heat. Add onion and seafood, stir fry for 2 minutes. 2. Add noodles or cooked spaghetti and SpicePaste. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Push mixture to one side of wok. Add eggs and cook for 1 minute and stir into noodles. 3. Add tomatoes and stir fry for another minute. Garish and serve hot. Variation - Minced chicken, lamb or beef may be used instead of seafood.Long Description
