Short Description

Aqua Star Pure & Natural Pacific SalmonPink SalmonKeep frozen. Thawing: Thaw overnight in bag in refrigerator, or place vacuum sealed inner bag under cold water for 15-20 minutes. Safe Handling: Do not refreeze thawed fish; store in refrigerator and use within two days. Fish is cooked when it appears opaque and flakes easily with a fork. For all cooking methods, an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C) must be reached. Cooking Instructions: Defrost before cooking. Preferred Cooking Method: Pan Fry: In a non-stick frying pan, heat 1-2 teaspoons of oil or butter over Medium heat. Season fillet with salt and pepper and fry skin side up for 4 minutes, turn and fry for an additional 4-5 minutes per side. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place fillet skin side down on a non-stick baking sheet, brush with oil or melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered on middle oven rack for 14-16 minutes. Microwave (from frozen): Season fillet with salt and pepper and place skin side down in a covered microwave safe dish. Cook fillet at 70% power for 5-6 minutes.
