Umpqua Oats Oatmeal Mostly SunnyWhole Rolled Oat Groats, Cane Sugar, Sundried Seedless Raisins, Dried Sweetened Cranberries (cranberries, Sugar), Cinnamon, Freeze Dried Apples, Sea SaltShake. Add boiling water (2/3 - 3/4 cup) (Microwaving not recommended). Cover with lid. Steep for 2-3 mins. Stir well. Enjoy! All natural oatmeal. Brighten you day with a blend of apples, cranberries & raisins. Our Story: On the pivotal morning of an important soccer match, the kids needed nutrition and lots of energy to win the game, but we wanted good taste too.
