Fisher Fair Scone Mix Cranberry OrangeEnriched Unbleached Flour (wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Malted Barley Flour), Sugar, Dried Cranberries (cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Leavening (calcium Acid Pyrophosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Canola Or Soybean Oil, Salt, Dried Orange Peel, Natural Flavor, Citric AcidBefore You Begin: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. You Will Need: mix - full package, cold water - 1/2 cup. 1. Combine scone mix and water in a bowl and stir until dough forms. 2. Place dough on a lightly floured surface and kneed 5 to 6 times and then form into 2 balls. 3. Flatten each ball into approx a 4 inch circle with the center slightly higher than the outer edges. 4. Cut each circle into 4 wedges. 5. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. 6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Yield: Makes 8 scones.
