Recipe and instruction sheet included. Recipes & instructions: Wilton color flow and meringue powder contain pasteurized dried egg whites. They should be handled carefully to avoid contamination, especially when reconstituted. Before mixing, make certain all utensils are grease-free and sanitized. We recommend using metal bowls and utensils. Store unopened container in a cool, dry place. After opening, place container in an airtight package (a zipped plastic bag works well) and store in a cool, dry place. This will keep the product from absorbing moisture or odors.
