Short Description
Casbah Rice PilafParboiled Long Grain Rice, Whole Durum Wheat Flour, Natural Flavors with Yeast Extract, Granulated Onion, Spices, Sea Salt, Granulated Garlic, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil.Stove top directions: 1. In medium saucepan bring 2 1/4 cups water and 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil (optional) just to a boil. 2. Stir in grains and seasoning packet. Cover and reduce heat to low. 3. Simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff pilaf lightly with a fork before serving. Enjoy! Microwave directions: Microwave ovens vary, adjust time as needed. 1. In a 1 1/2-quart microwaveable casserole dish, combine grains and seasoning packet with 2 1/4 cups water and 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil (optional). 2. Cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until boiling. 3. Remove from oven, stir, cover and microwave on high for 10-13 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. 4.
