Meijer Potatoes Sour Cream And ChiveDehydrated Potato With Preservative (sodium Bisulfite), Corn Starch, Enriched Flour (flour, Niacin, iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sour Cream (cultured Cream, Nonfat Milk), Salt, Modified Tapioca Starch, Dehydrated Chives, Emulsifier (monoglycerides), Citric Acid, Disodium Phosphate, Artificial Flavor, Lactic Acid, Preservative (bht)You Will Need: 2-1/4 cups boiling water, 2/3 cup 2% milk, 2 tablespoons margarine or butter. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place potatoes into 1-1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle sauce mix over top. Stir in 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, 2-1/4 cups boiling water and 2/3 cup 2% milk. Bake at 400 degrees F uncovered about 35 minutes (until potatoes are tender) Let stand a few minutes. (Sauce will thicken as it stands.) For high altitude: Prepare as directed above except increase baking time to 35 to 40 minutes. Microwave: Prepare as directed for oven preparation, except use 3-quart microwave oven-safe dish. Increase boiling water to 2-1/2 cups and add 2 tablespoons margarine or butter; do not stir in milk. Cover and microwave on high for 15 minutes. Stir in 2/3 cup 2% milk and sauce mix. Cover and microwave for an additional 5 minutes. Stir. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stove-Top: Heat potatoes, sauce mix, 2-1/4 cups hot water, 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, and 2/3 cup 2% milk to boiling in 2-quart saucepan over high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 to 22 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and sauce is as thick ad you'd like. (Sauce will thicken as it stands.)
