To the prepared farro add: 1. 1 cup cooked and diced or pulled poultry, shrimp, beef or tofu. 2. 1/2-1 cup cooked vegetables such as peas, green beans, broccoli florets, sliced or diced mushrooms, spinach, kale, asparagus, summer or winter squash or sweet potatoes. 3. 1/4 - 1/2 cup diced, cooked onions, bell peppers or artichoke hearts.
