Sharwood's Curry Powder HotCoriander, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Cumin, Salt, Mustard Powder, Rice Flour, Paprika, Fennel, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cinnamon, Chili Pepper, Clove, Ginger, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Spice Extract.Sharwood's Hot Curry Powder. Aromatic blend. Ideal for madras & other hot dishes. A blend of cumin, fennel, chili and other seasonings. Directions For the best flavor, we recommend 1 tbsp per serving. Chicken Madras serves 3 - 4. Heat 2 tbsp corn oil in a saucepan, add 2 cloves crushed garlic; 2 tsp chopped ginger and 2 chopped onions. Saute until soft and golden, about 15-20 minutes. Add 4 tbsp Sharwood's Hot Curry Powder, saute for 1-2 minutes to coat the onion mixture. Add 1 lb diced chicken breasts and saute for 10 minutes. Add 2 cups water, and 3 tbsp tomato puree. Bring to a gentle boil and then simmer for 20 minutes, or until cooked. Stir in 1 tbsp Sharwood's Major Grey Mango Chutney and serve. Store in a cool dry place.
