Place no more than 6 breasts in a foil lined baking pan. 3. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F 50-60 minutes to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F or until juices run clear. Grill: 1. Preheat gas grill to medium heat. 2. Grill 10 minutes. 3. Turn breasts over and grill an additional 7 to 17 minutes to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F or until internal juices run clear.
