Thinkthin Protein & Fiber Hot Oatmeal Original Sprouted Grains - 6 CTWhole Grain Blend (Rolled Oats, Steel Cut Oats, Sprouted Buckwheat, Sprouted Quinoa), Brown Sugar, Isolated Soy Protein, Chicory Root Fiber, Sea Salt.Microwave directions (recommended) : 1. Empty contents into a large microwave safe bowl. 2. Stir in 2/3 cup of cold water. Or use empty packet as a measuring cup. 3. Microwave on high for 75-90 seconds. 4. Stir well and let cool to taste.
