Roland Whole Wheat Israeli Couscous Garden VegetableIsraeli Couscous [Whole Wheat Flour (Contains Gluten) ], Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Vegetables (Carrot, Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Spinach, Parsley and Celery), Tomato Powder, Sea Salt, Onion Powder, Yeast Extract, Pinto Bean Flour, Lemon Juice Solids.Cooking instructions: 1) In a 1 quart saucepan bring 1 1/4 cups of water and 1 tbsp. of olive oil to a boil. 2) Stir in entire contents of package. 3) Cover and reduce to a simmer for 10 mins, or until most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. 4) Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 mins. before serving. Roland Garden Vegetable Israeli Couscous. Simply add water, heat & serve. No artificial preservatives. Ready in 15 minutes. Whole wheat. 100% whole grain 45g or more per serving.
