Glutino Gluten Free Pantry Cookie Mix Chocolate Chip CookieTapioca Starch, Sugar, Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Vanilla Extract), Potato Starch, Brown Rice Flour, Sodium Bicarbonate, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Modified Cellulose.Chocolate chip cookies: Entire bag Glutino Gluten Free Pantry; chocolate chip cookie mix. 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter*. 1 egg*. 1/2 tsp gluten free vanilla. 3 tbsp honey. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl pour entire bag of mix. Add butter, egg and mix until mixture is crumbly, for 2 minutes. Add vanilla and honey, beat about 3 minutes. Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and set 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake 15-18 minutes or until cookies are golden. Remove and cool.
