Meijer Naturals Quick Oats100% Whole Grain Rolled OatsMicrowave: 1 Serving: 1 cup water; 1/2 cup oats; 1/8 tsp salt (optional) . Stove Top: 1 Serving: 1 cup water; 1/2 cup oats; 1/8 tsp salt (optional). 2 Servings: 1-3/4 cups water; 1 cup oats; 1/4 tsp salt (optional). 6 Servings: 5-3/4 cups water; 3 cups oats; 3/4 tsp salt (optional). Use less water for thicker oatmeal or more water for thinner oatmeal. Microwave: 1. Combine water, oats and salt in a 2-cup microwave-safe bowl. 2. Microwave on High 1-1/2 to 2 minutes (due to differences in microwave ovens, cooking time is approximate). 3. Remove from oven; mix well. Stove top: 1. Bring water and salt to a rolling boil. 2. Add oats; reduce to Medium heat and cook 1 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Cover; remove from heat and serve in 2 to 3 minutes. All natural. 100% whole grain. No artificial preservatives.
