Directions Keep frozen.Microwave or regular oven.Light in sodium mattar paneer:Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Remove overwrap and cover tray with foil.Place tray on a cookie sheet. Cook for 35-40 minutes or until heated throughout (remove foil after first 20 minutes) .Microwave oven: Remove tray from box.Make a 1 inch slit in overwrap.Cook for 4-5 minutes or until heated throughout.Toaster oven: Remove all packaging.Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish.Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above.Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
