Do not use toaster oven. Due to variations in all microwave ovens, adjustments to cooking time may be necessary. Microwave Oven: 1. Remove tray from carton. Pierce film 1-2 times. 2. Cook on High 4-5 minutes or until hot. 3. Remove meal and feel bottom of tray for any cool spots. If cool, return to microwave and cook for 1 additional minutes. 4. When properly heated, remove from microwave. 5. Let stand 1 minute. 6. Remove film. Use caution as meal will be hot. 7. Fluff lentil-quinoa pilaf and enjoy! Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove tray from carton. 2. Place tray on baking sheet in center of oven leaving film intact. 3. Cook for 30-35 minutes or until hot. 4. Remove baking sheet and tray, let stand for 1 min. 5. Remove film. Use caution as meal will be hot. 6. Fluff lentil-quinoa pilaf and enjoy! For best results, transfer frozen meal to covered baking dish. Add 2 tbsp or water and cook covered 30-35 minutes in preheated oven at 375 degrees F.
