Contains less than half the calories of our regular mix. 60 calories per serving as prepared. Directions Dark chocolate. Preparation directions:1. Pour 1 cup (250 ml) cold skim milk into bowl. Add contents of the package. 2. Beat on low speed of electric mixer until thickened, then whip at highest speed for 3-5 min. 3. Spoon into dessert dishes. Chill for 1-2 hours or freeze for 15 minutes. Serve. 5 servings (1/2 cup / 125 ml).
