If desired, add one tablespoon of salt to boiling water.3. Remove gnocchi from the vacuum sealed package.4. Place gnocchi into boiling water and cook until gnocchi float to the surface (approximately 2 minutes) . If a softer consistency is preferred, continue cooking gnocchi for an additional minute.5.
