No genetically modified ingredients. Meatless. Directions Keep refrigerated or frozen. Cook thoroughly. Best if consumed or frozen within 4 days upon opening seal. Product can be frozen up to 2 months if placed in freezer before the use by date indicated on the package. Cooking instructions: For food safety and quality, heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Stove top (preferred method) : Preheat your favorite sauce and add meatballs. Cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Microwave: Place 6 meatballs in a microwaveable dish. Cover dish and cook on high for 35-45 seconds. Keep covered and let stand for additional 1 minute. Oven/toaster oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place meatballs on lightly greased baking sheet. Heat 6 to 8 minutes or until center is hot.
