In a 2-quart saucepan, bring 2 cups water, 2 teaspoons olive oil or butter and grains to a boil.2. Reduce heat to low.3. Cover; simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.4. Remove from heat. Stir in contents of spice sack.5. Cover; let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
