Even easier to prepare! Artificial flavor. Makes 4 x 95g cakes***. Directions Baking directions:You will need:2 eggs. 2 tbsp (30ml) melted butter. Butter for foil baking cups. Preparation time: 5 minutesBaking time: 8-10 minutes. Cooling time: 5 minutesTotal: 18-20 minutes. Includes 4 foil baking cups. 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease 4 foil cups well with butter. 2. Empty contents of the pouch into medium mixing bowl. Add eggs and melted butter. 3. Beat with electric mixer at low speed until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute, scraping the sides of the bowl often during mixing. 4. Pour batter evenly into prepared cups, about 3/4 full. 5. Place filled cups on baking tray; bake on center oven rack for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are cooked and center is still liquid. Do not open oven during baking. 6. Place baking tray on cooling rack and let stand for 5 minutes. 7. Loosen the cake from the side of the cup with a knife. Carefully unmold by placing a plate over the top of the cake and invert. Serve warm. Tips:Decorate and serve Lava cakes with icing sugar, fresh fruit and ice cream for added enjoyment. Freeze for later use: cool cake, leave in foil cup, wrap with foil and place in freezer. Remove from freezer, unwrap, and loosen cake from the side of the cup with a knife. Invert frozen cake onto a plate, remove foil cup and reheat cake in the microwave for about 20 seconds, depending on the power setting.
