Thawing instructions: Remove all packaging prior to thawing. Place frozen steaks in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking, or for a quick thaw, place under cold running water until completely thawed; approximately 2 minutes. Remove from packaging before cooking. Grill instructions: Preheat grill. Season with salt and pepper. Turn steaks after 3 to 4 minutes. Continue to grill until fish flakes when pierced with a fork. Broil instructions: Preheat oven to 425 ┬░F. Place steak in lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Season with salt, pepper and buffer or margarine. Bake 6 to 10 minutes per inch of thickness of steak until it is opaque throughout. Frying instructions: Preheat broiler. If desired, season fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Place pan containing fish 4 to 5 inches from heat and broil 6 to 10 minutes per inch of thickness of steak. Test flaking at thickest part of steak.
