Betty Crocker Cranberry White Chip Cookie MixEnriched Flour Bleached (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Brown Sugar, White Confectionary Chips (Sugar, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, Nonfat Dry Milk, Dry Whole Milk, Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Soy Lecithin, Vanilla Extract), Cranberries, Palm Oil, Leavening (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Salt.Directions You will need:1 Stick (1/2 Cup) Butter Margarine or Spread,* Softened (Not Melted)1 Egg*Spread should have at least 65% vegetable oil. To soften butter, let butter stand at room temperature for 1-2 hours, or microwave for 10-15 seconds or until softened. 1. Heat oven to 375┬░F (or 350┬░F for nonstick cookie sheet). 2. Stir Cookie Mix, softened butter and egg in a medium bowl until well blended. 3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls (for large cookies, drop by tablespoonfuls) 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. 4. Bake as directed below or until edges are light golden brown. Let cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely, store in airtight container.
