We are very particular about ensuring that every mango used in our Weis bars is inspected to ensure that we make only the best tasting mango bars! Early every season, we meet with our mango farmers to check quality and crop size. Once those delicious Kensington Pride mangoes start arriving at Weis, it.s all systems go! The mangoes are ripened at Weis under shade cloth in the warmth of the Queensland sun and checked daily to ensure they.re processed at their peak.
