Tear open from the top to serve. Cooking Method: Hob Cooking Instructions Cut pouch, empty contents into a pan and heat for 3-5 mins while stirring. Serve hot. Cooking Method: Microwave Cooking Instructions Tear open the pouch by about 2cm from the notch and place it standing inside the microwave. Heat on full power for 2 mins. Remove the pouch from the microwave and tear the top to serve. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Do not consume if the pouch has leaked or swollen.
