Banana Society Choco Dipped Solar Dried Banana 250-grams Package Banana Society is the first innovation of dried banana production in Thailand, developed from traditional production of dried banana community in Bagkratum District, Pitsanulike Province. With modern manufacturing system in standardized Parabola, adding value and upgrading products for all consumers, aiming to preserve environment and creating internationally accepted quality. Banana Society shifted the production to drying in Parabola Dome, which has been developed by Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Engineering and Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, Silpakorn University with support from Industrial Technology Assistance Program and The Thailand Research Fund.
