These noodles are prepared in a jiffy as their cooking time is only 10 minutes. Each strand stays soft, separate and delicate. Uses - These noodles can be used in several stir-fry dishes like Pad Thai noodles, Hakka rice Noodles, curry and vegetable noodles. - It also tastes great when added to soups. Preparation 1: Soak the rice noodles in boiling hot water for 10 minutes. 2: When they are cooked (soft from outside and hard from inside) , drain the water and refresh the noodles with cold water. 3. Drizzles a little sesame oil, peanut oil or plant oil on to the noodles and mix so that they don; t stick to each other. 4: The noodles are now ready to be used in the desired dish.Long Description
