All natural. Directions 1 Pkg. soup mix. 7 1/2 cups water. 1 lb chicken breast prepared tortilla chips or strips (optional) . 1. In a soup kettle, combine water, soup mix (including all enclosed packets) and chicken breast. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. 2. Remove the chicken breast from the soup and let cool for about 5 minutes. Shred chicken with a fork and then add meat back to soup. Return to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. 3. If desired, garnish each serving of soup with prepared tortilla chips or strips, pepper jack cheese and/or sour cream. For a unique tortilla chili, reduce water to 6 cups and add 1 (15 oz. ) can kidney beans (drained), 1 (4oz) can chopped green chilies and 1 tbsp. of chili powder to the soup in step 2.
