Because of its satin finish the FunCakes fondant is perfect for covering a cake with sharp edges. The great forgivability of the fondant makes it suitable for everyone, from beginner to professional! The fondant color is extremely white. This white fondant has a delicious vanilla flavour. For a round cake with a dia of 24/26 cm you need approx. 500 gram of fondant to cover the cake completely. For decorations like a bow, you can add per 250 gram fondant one full teaspoon of tylo powder and some water. Before use knead well and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar. Ingredients: S ugar (80%) , glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), water, humectant: E422, thickener: E415, E466, preservative: E200, acid: E330, natural flavouring.
