We know, with so many chunks, we; re already pretty much out of room! That was until we realised that we had to start thinking outside the tub. with cookies!. But they couldn; t be just any cookies. They had to be the tastiest, finest cookies anywhere. With one pretty significant catch: They also had to keep it together in the face of freezing ice cream conditions. No small task for any cookie.
