Rösti RondjesPotatoes, sunflower oil, dextrose, salt, onion powder, stabilizer (E450), white pepper., Preparation, Do not thaw before use. Frying pan: Heat 15 g (2 tablespoons) of oil or liquid margarine in the frying pan. Fry on medium-high heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn regularly. Oven: Preheat the oven at 220 °C. Spread portions of 500 g on the baking plate with baking paper. Place the baking plate in the middle of the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn once. Fryer: Heat liquid fat or oil to max. 175 °C. Fry portions of 500 g for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not fry too dark and fry smaller portions for less time. Airfryer: Preheat the aifryer at 200 °C. Fry portions of 750 g for 12 minutes. Turn once. (Based on use of an airfryer XL.) Each device is different; the instructions are only guidelines., Preservation, -18 °C.
