For food safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F as measured by use of a thermometer. Oven temperatures and cooking time may vary. Microwave oven: Refrigerated: Place in 1000 watt microwave and cook fully defrosted product on high for 1-1/12 minutes. Cool 2 minutes and serve. Frozen: Place in 1000 watt microwave. Defrost for 5 minutes. Cook on high for 45 seconds. Cool 1 minute and serve. Conventional oven: Refrigerated: preheat oven to 375°F. Place on a baking pan and heat for 15-18 minutes.
