Open flip top and remove inner seal before heating. Refrigeration is not necessary. Heating is optional. Remove inner seal completely before heating. Microwave directions:1. Maximum heating time:Full bottle - 2 minutes 20 seconds. 3/4 bottle - 1 minute 40 seconds. 1/2 bottle - 1 minute 10 seconds. 1/4 bottle - 40 seconds. Less than 1/4 - do not microwave.
