Vin Melior Roble On the nose a remarkable complexity of primary, ripe red fruits range of strawberry and raspberry, well assembled with tertiary species breeding, highlighting coffee flavors, licorice and vanilla are perceived. On the palate, it has a large and intense, and yet cheerful and fresh. Notable step, with significant sweet tannins. Important fruity sensations, including clean wood touches, with long lingering finish. Recommended pairings: red meats, roasts and game. Traditional red wine with 6 months in American oak barrels of medium toast and 6 months in bottle.; In visual phase shows an important layer of dark cardinal and purple tones. Bodegas Matarromera is located in the municipality of Valbuena de Duero (Valladolid) and produces red wines crianza, reserva and gran reserva under the Designation of Origin Ribera del Duero. The winery has 90 hectares of vineyards mainly Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and a lesser proportion arranged in the best areas of Valbuena and Olivares del Duero.
