Sotya Chitosan 100 Caps PROPERTIES: Chitosan is a fiber (amino polysaccharide) from the shell of crustaceans. Due to its structure it is able to absorb dietary fat. The fat that captures also becomes non-absorbable, so its caloric value is zero, being the fat removed. Chitosan is able to absorb 4 to 5 times its own weight in fat, action that is enhanced with the addition of vitamin C.
