Extra Virgin Olive Oils Organic Spain 125ML 'La Chinata' Extra Virgin Olive Oils is pure olive juice of olives recollected in de region of Sierra de Gata, in the north-east of the province of Cáceres ( Spain ) . Here, we recollect only those olives that meet the standards we consider fundamental to obtain organic extra virgin olive oils of the highest quality. The olives should be clean, healthy, without any visible defects and in their optimal point of maturity. Only with this method of selection can we be sure to guarantee the continued quality of our extra virgin olive oil to our customers. We should keep in mind that, in the region of Sierra de Gata, most olives are destined for direct consumption as table olives. The local variety, 'Manzanilla Cacereña' is widely known and appreciated for its texture and flavour that make it a real treat for the senses. Our olive oils is obtained from the olives of this variety that because of their small size cannot be destined for direct consumption. The extra virgin olive oil retains obviously all the characteristics in flavour and aroma of these olives.
