Pike Creek 10 Year Old Canadian Whisky 70CL (70CL) Description: Pike Creek is a welcoming invitation to the world of craft whisky. Befitting its namesake, Pike Creek is truly a product of its environment. Double distilled in column stills, it is then matured in Pike Creek, Ontario, in oak barrels in a non climate-controlled warehouse. After 10 years of being subjected to dramatic, seasonal swings in temperature, the whisky is then finished in rum barrels, imbuing it with undertones of fruit and spice that give Pike Creek its distinct character, complexity and flavour.
