Albarino Rias Baixas Do 2019 - Lagar De Cervera Albarino from Lagar de Cervera is a pure, refreshing and varietal white wine from the Spanish DO Rias Biaxas wine region. This wine shines in a light straw yellow with greenish reflections in the glass. The nose reveals a wonderfully varietal bouquet. Aromas of ripe apples and pears, juicy apricot and wonderful notes of citrus fruits reveal themselves in the background. Skilfully, this Spanish white wine with its lively, fresh structure takes the palate. The acidity is very well integrated into the crisp texture. In the pleasantly long finale an exotic touch of lychee presents itself. Vinification of Lagar de Cervera Albarino The Albarino grapes grow in the vineyards of O Rosal and Cambados (D. O. Rias Baixas) . The berries are picked by hand and immediately brought to the wine cellar of Lagar de Cervera. There, the reading material is selected and destemmed. The material to be harvested is then cooled to 10 degrees Celsius and mashed for 10 hours. The grapes are then gently pressed and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Until bottling, this wine is stored on the yeast.
