Mrs. Pauls Fish Sandwich Fillets - 6 CTPollock (Fish, Sodium Tripolyphosphate To Retain Fish Moisture), Bread Crumbs (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Sugar, Salt And Yeast), Water, Cottonseed Oil And/Or Soybean Oil, Wheat Flour. Contains 2% Or Less Of: Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour [Enriched With Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Salt, Soybean Oil), Modified Food Starch, Salt, Sugar, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Dextrose, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Natural Flavors, Paprika.Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook thoroughly. Cooking directions for conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking. 2. Place frozen fish fillet in a single layer evenly distributed on a shallow metal baking pan. Place pan on middle oven rack. 3. Bake uncovered 28 to 30 minutes, or until crunchy and browned. Turn fish fillets over halfway through baking. Let stand 3 minutes. For food safety and quality cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Microwave preparation is not recommended.
