Esparragos coquet
Short Description
Spanish White Asparagus Igp Navarra White Asparagus from Navarre in Spain - these finest quality tender, delicately flavoured thick white asparagus spears come with a protected designation of origin (PDO) stamp. Grown on the banks of the river Ebro. Delicious in salads or simply dip into homemade or good quality alioli (garlic mayonnaise). Spanish white asparagus is planted and covered with soil, so that the shoots have no exposure to the sun and so retain their white color and are soft and tender. This makes harvesting labour intensive, so white asparagus is much more expensive than the fresh green asparagus that is more familiar to us in Britain, but they really are worth the price. 370ml, 6-8 thick spears Coquet Product of Spain Ingredients: Asparagus, Water, Salt, Sugar, Citric AcidLong Description
