Tonnarelli al nero di seppia
Short Description
CN Tonnarelli Nero 12X500G Tonnarelli is a long, flat pasta that is typical of the Lazio region of Italy. It is about 2-3mm thick with a porous texture that allows it to soak up sauce. Cara Nonna makes this Tonnarelli with natural, simple ingredients: durum wheat semolina, squid ink (3%) , salt, and water. It is best served with tomato based sauces and ragu. Cara Nonna was established several years ago in Apulia, a region in the South of Italy that produces some of the best quality durum wheat. Bronze molds are still used in order to obtain the surface roughness which allows sauces to adhere to the pasta and better incorporate the two into one great taste. Each bag contains 1.1 lb (500gr) of Tonnarelli Squid Ink Pasta by Cara Nonna.Long Description
